Hey VeeFam, many of you know me but for those that don't, I'm a day 1 VF minter and long-time holder. We may have met at VeeCon or you may have seen me on Wheel of Fortune as the Veefriends family cheered me on. I have always thought I would HODL forever and pass along to my kids but now my VF collection is hopefully going to allow me to help out a friend who is in need.
Long story short, one of the kindest people I know recently had their brother just barely survive a devastating motorcycle accident. He has no insurance and now a lifetime of hardship after an amputation, severe leg trauma and brain damage. My friend is the only one in her family in a position to help financially and the costs are going to be staggering. So here is how I want to help...
She has set up a gofundme and I want to use my VF collection to help out.
On October 22nd I am going to do a drawing for everyone who makes a donation.
- If the Veefriends family hits $200, I'll do a randomized selection for everyone that donated with the winner getting a Core C&C Series 2 Fox
- If we hit $500, I'll add a Core Ninja, everyone that donated will get an entry for each increment of $25 that they donated.
- $750 I'll add an Epic Admiral. Same as above, each $25 donation will get an entry. (Ex. Donate $100 and get 4 entries)
- If we hit $1000, I'll add my personal favorite card, The Rare Robot Sticker. Each increment of $55 will get you an entry. (Ex. $110 donation will get you 1 entry for the fox, 4 for the Ninja, 4 for the Admiral and 2 for the Robot)
- If we hit $3000, I'll giveaway one of my Series 1 NFTs... The Well-Connected Werewolf. Each $105 donation will get you an entry. If we hit $3k and there is only one $105 entry, it's yours!

Hey @VeeFriendsCards fam that have cards with me that I submitted for grading. Here’s an update. Doing it publicly because this is beyond frustrating.
@CGCCards has current bulk turnaround times listed at 15 days. It was 10 days when I submitted.
They say that time begins when the cards are “accepted” at their offices.
To date this last submission has been there for over 3 weeks (already past the 15 days turnaround time) and has yet to be “accepted”.
This isn’t the first time this has happened. They offered me $30 in credit…
