I was on a family vacation for a couple of months, but even during that time, I managed to close some really solid sales — including a few in the six-figure range. I’ll be sharing one of those six-figure sales very soon, in full detail. Not just an overview — but the actual negotiation journey, including the kind of conversations I had through the broker. A long time ago, @DInvesting once asked whether anyone had bought a domain for around $2,500 and successfully sold it for six figures within 5 years. For some reason, that question always stuck with me — and I wanted to experience that firsthand. I’ve already sold a handful of domains for six figures, though most of those had purchase prices in the mid-four figures to low-five figures. The sale I’m planning to share soon had: ~1 year holding time ~$3,000 purchase price I also just closed another 4-letter .com for low six figures via LTO, with: < 1 year holding time ~$2,600 purchase price I’m getting very close to breaking that $2,500 → six-figure benchmark within five years. With God’s blessings, I know it’ll happen sooner or later.
