People ask me what peptides I take every day, so let me share my full (current) peptide stack, broken down by what it does and when I take it. > AM peptides - BPC-157: 2mg - GHK-Cu: 2mg - TB-500: 2mg I take these three together every morning for tissue repair and skin (5 days on, 2 days off) > PM peptides: sleep + longevity (20-day cycle) - Epitalon: 5mg - Pinealon: 1mg I take them a couple of hours before bed. My RHR has dropped 8-10 bpm into the high 40s. I'm sleeping less and feeling better. > DSIP (as needed, 1-2x/week) I usually take 250-300mcg before bed. It hits deep sleep hard. I ran it 5-7 days straight once and woke up groggy, so now I pulse it. It's powerful, but you have to monitor it. > Metabolic stack (current cycle) - Tirzepatide: 0.75mg, 2-3x per week - 5-amino-1MQ: 150mg/day (finishing a 6-week run) - SLU-PP-332: 1mg/day (tapering off) - MOTS-c: 5mg, 3x/week, 30 min pre-workout (just layering in) The way I run this is that GLP does the heavy lifting on fat loss, but the other compounds (like SLU-PP-332) shine when you're cycling off. I layer them, i.e., as one finishes, the next comes on. They overlap, but I don't run them all in tandem for the full cycle. > Off-cycle rotation When I'm off the GLP, I rotate tesofensine with SLU-PP-332. One or the other, not both. (Though I'm planning to stack them on my next off-cycle to see what happens.) > Topical - GHK-Cu cream: once nightly - Blueprint peptide hair serum + my own GHK-Cu powder mixed in This is n=1, and not medical advice. Такої кількості нових «замєчатєльних історій» про життя в Україні, опущу розповіді про самого президента, навіть раша тудей не вигадувала ніколи. Про хвилину мовчання, спалення книг і парковку на місці людей з інвалідністю як жарт щодо голосування - не чула ніде. Не вірю, що поява Мендель у проросійського Карлсона з такими наративами - це випадковість. Але примітно ще дещо. Це одна хвороба багатьох українських президентів. Зеленський став переможцем у наборі до команди випадкових людей, шахраїв і просто довбойобів. Так безвідповідально набрати всіх цих випадкових людей з неоднозначною репутацією в команду очільника воюючої країни- це треба вміти. Від Баканова, який призначав очільниками СБУ південних регіонів агентів кремля до Мендель. При чому всі ці призначення були одобрені і підписані Зеленським. Принцип: лояльність, своість- вища за професійні якості, рано чи пізно проявить свою неспроможність. Плюс відсутність елементарної культури. Внутрішньої культури і цінностей в цих людях. Шістки ведуть себе як шістки. В критичних ситуаціях їхня тупість стає злочином. Методи їхньої помсти ниці і жалюгідні. Ситуація наступна. Ти береш в своє оточення підлизунів. Які тобі лицемірно підтакують. Тримаєш їх близько. На скільки можна близько. А потім при першій можливості, якщо ти їх звільниш, вони будуть ницо тобі мстити, підставлять тебе у найнеочікуваніший період, обіллють лайном. Бо вони шістки. Там масштаб мислення тунельний. І, підставляючи тебе, разом з тобою бездумно піддадуть ризику допомогу країні, яка у війні. Твоїй же країні. Зараз буде дуже багато нарізок цього лайна. Всюди. Противник перекладе це всіма мовами. Сподіваюся, що на даному етапі це вже ніяк не вплине на допомогу Україні європейцями. Про США вже нема що говорити. Допомоги там і так нема. Але. Мендель - ти ТП. Кончена і підступна потвора. І так, пане Володимире @ZelenskyyUa, це теж наслідок ваших рішень. А тому і ваша відповідальність. Як і всі діяння ваших інших дружків. Ні обіцянок ні пробачень.

Just did my first MOTS-c pin today and started conservative at 2mg. Felt absolutely nothing right away, no energy surge or noticeable change yet. Did the pin at 5:00am and worked out at 6:30am. A few of you mentioned getting a pretty quick boost. For those who’ve run it (especially at lower doses like 2-5mg): How long did it take for you to notice energy, stamina, or “more in the tank” effects? Same day? Few days? Or does it build slower over 1–2 weeks? Am i on the right track with low-dose and let it build slowly, or crank this shit up? Peptides are a genuine godsend. I put in 10 weeks of INSANELY hard work the past 2 1/2 months. Took a break from everything except my hormone peptides (Enchlomiphene & Kisspeptin), even taking a one week break off Retatrutide. Hunger cravings came back and I’ve been eating much more than normal the last 14 days. I’ve been back on Reta for a week now & it took about 8 days for my body to finally adjust again. I got in my head that I had gained a stupid amount of weight. Truth is. I’m up 2lbs total from my lowest weight at the 10 week mark but most importantly I looked in the gym mirror today and LOVED what I saw. Capped shoulders, arms filling my sleeves completely out, midsection flattened and legs looking solid. I won’t give all the credit to peptides. My diet was dialed in for 10 weeks straight along with my sleep schedule. However, the peptides have been incredibly beneficial. The BPC-157 helped with overall inflammation allowing me to show up 5-6 days a week to train. MOTS-C turned every carb I ate immediately to energy I could use. Reta curbed my hunger desires by 95%. This allowed me to hit my 1800-2000 calorie daily goal and fill it with foods that were protein rich instead of snacking with empty BS. The Tesamorelin was arguably the most beneficial though. Within the first 4 weeks I had friends in the gym coming up saying I looked solid asf. I’m so looking forward to cycling back on this ASAP. Long story short, I know peptides are becoming the popular buzzword. But for good reason. Before you knock it and write it off as a scam industry, please please please do some research on them. ESPECIALLY IF YOURE OVER 30. 🦾🫶

Bryan, just do straight GH. If you insist on a peptide Tesamorelin is the only one that reliably increases IGF-1. CJC w/ DAC is unnecessarily risky. Ipamorelin has less data. Sermorelin works but won't reliably increase IGF-1

Just spent over an hour with my clinical team debating which growth hormone peptide protocol to run. Still torn. Wanted to share the thinking and get your take. The goal: Increase GH and IGF-1 to support anabolism, recovery, and sleep, but also test a specific stacking hypothesis. Tirzepatide (GLP-1/GIP agonist) can elevate resting heart rate, disrupt sleep, and suppress appetite aggressively. CJC-1295 (GHRH analog) can worsen insulin resistance. The bet is that combining them cancels each other's downsides: CJC-1295's slow-wave sleep enhancement offsets tirzepatide's sleep disruption, while tirzepatide's insulin-sensitizing effects counteract CJC-1295's insulin resistance. Best of both worlds — or at least, that's the hypothesis we're testing. The two candidates: CJC-1295 with DAC: the long acting version. One injection per week, stays active for 6–8 days. This is what was used in the actual clinical trials. Raises GH 2–10x and IGF-1 1.5–3x from a single dose. Preserves GH pulsatility even under continuous stimulation. The tradeoff: if you get side effects, you're committed for a week. Harder to titrate. CJC-1295 without DAC + ipamorelin: the short-acting version paired with a selective ghrelin receptor agonist. Daily injections, pre-bed, clears in 30 minutes. Ipamorelin adds a second axis of GH release, pulse frequency via the ghrelin pathway, on top of the amplitude boost from CJC. No cortisol or prolactin elevation. This is what most clinicians prescribe and most of the peptide community uses. The tradeoff: less clinical trial data, daily injections, more anecdotal evidence base. What we're considering: Start with DAC at half dose 2.4 mg, then if well tolerated escalate 4.8 mg, weekly injection. If side effects aren't tolerable, switch to no-DAC + ipamorelin (100 mcg then 200-300 mcg daily, before bedtime). Or, Run both head to head. 2 weeks DAC, 2 weeks no-DAC + ipamorelin and compare. Tracking: GH, IGF-1, Cortisol, CGM, real time core body temperature, RHR, overnight HRV (rMSSD), IGF-1, HOMA-IR, sleep architecture, subjective recovery. The purist in us says stick with DAC; that's where the published data lives. Yet the pragmatist says no-DAC + ipamorelin is what thousands of people actually use, and testing it generates more socially relevant data.
