@WarcraftDevs Please consider postponing these MM changes to 12.0.7. Aside from basically destroying the spec in terms of viability, particularly in all forms of cleave, we are not even engaging with the new/changed mechanics like Explosive Shot (never pressed). (1/x)

The PTR cycle was so short and everyone was so distracted by the live game to provide the desperately needed feedback and iteration. Just buffing Explosive Shot to force it to be pressable is not sufficient. It's easy to nerf MM where it's too OP without breaking a fun spec.

@SignedDudu No, Barbed Shot has a hard-coded "pet charge" built-in that cannot be overridden or cancelled. Only multidot Barbed things that are pretty close to each other (i.e both basically in melee range of the pet already).

Excuse me @Azortharionz Is there a way for my pets to stay on one character while I dot others with barbed shot? I am trying the wowhead/icy veins macros but I am not sure where I am going wrong. My pets are dancing all around the place.

@SignedDudu It's mediocre imo. Core MM gameplay good (Sentinel flows reasonably) but is a bit bland for my taste. Dark Ranger dynamic with the procs but feels bloated for the reasons you mention.

Hey @Azortharionz How do you feel with the new MM? It feels clunky to me that now we cannot spend precise shots with the deathblow, as we could in TWW. I always main MM but this single thing makes me rethink myself tbh.

@allyparser @Forgy___ That was a genuine take based on the info I had at the time! It's possible I will be wrong, I intend to do a "post-mortem" a few weeks into the tier where I self-critique my thought process to get better for the future. MM does sim a lot better now than it did back then!

@draoplmao @allyparser @Hipposareneat The reason I can spend the time I can on it, is because it is my full-time job. If it wasn't, then I would not be "doing that anyways", no. Sharing a UI publicly is a LOT of extra work, because the userbase would go up, and I am just one guy helping people with it on my Discord.

@allyparser @Hipposareneat (3) I'll continue to provide value to the community for free (guides, theorycrafting, videos with information, tutorials, guidance) and I will support my ability to do that full-time by charging for luxuries like my UI, which I put a lot of hours into making good.

@allyparser @Hipposareneat (2) I have tons of respect for people who make great work for free, and I do that where I can. Both models are valid and viable, and I think people should vote with their wallets and use whatever suits their own needs and budgets.

Hey @WarcraftDevs. I've opened this diabolical website to let you know that none of the numerous Hunter changes annonced for March 25th actually made it to live servers. I hope that it can be fixed quickly as I'd be pretty sad to revert all the guide changes I've been working on!
