Ten-year survival rates by PSA nadir in patients with metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer: long-term survival analysis from the ECOG-ACRIN 3805 (CHAARTED) trial buff.ly/FuH8fhx The 10-year follow-up of the CHAARTED trial confirms that adding docetaxel to androgen deprivation therapy significantly improves overall survival in patients with high-volume metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer, while PSA nadir <0.2 ng/mL at 6 months emerged as a powerful independent predictor of long-term survival across both treatment arms.
