@ozleventoz There are some situations that require a component (push, ex.) but mostly, just use NuGet if it is available.

@sidney_andrews Create an Easy Tables version of the service - check into GitHub, then use ARM deploy and link app svc to GitHub for CD.

@sidney_andrews No, there isn't. Easy Tables is meant to get you started. Auto-deployment indicates some form of CD to keep things right.

@sidney_andrews then deploy a specific version of the Node Runtime. You can't really just use ARM to deploy Easy Tables 2/2
