@JoanaCotar Wir verlieren am Tag 870 Millionen Liter Trinkwasser aufgrund von undichten Leitungen in Deutschland. Vielleicht sollten wir einen Teil der Entwicklungshilfe dafür verwenden.

Trinkwasser-Alarm in einigen Regionen Deutschlands. Nach nicht mal einer Woche warmem Wetter klagen die Stadtwerke über Wasserknappheit und rufen die Menschen dazu auf, „sehr sparsam“ mit Trinkwasser umzugehen. Panikmache oder kriegen wir jetzt tatsächlich nicht mal mehr die Wasserversorgung hin?

@Alik7571 @ScottApogee I once read that it is because it struggles with open environments, but looking at Quake Wars, this doesn't seem to be true. Also if looking at it as the predecessor of the Quake 3 Engine, that had enough games with more open environments spawn out of it.

@ScottApogee Id Tech 4, but yeah it was an awesome engine but very underutilized by the industry Even compared to Valve Source Engine, IT4 barely had any commercial use besides of Prey and other more obscure game It wasn't the most versatile engine, but for sci-fy titles it was great

Yep, it is even the last released as open source, i would love to see more done with it. I really like the editor, done some stuff for my own entertainment back then. A magazine had a printed issue dedicated to editors and code to copy (by hand) for jump pads etc. Guess it was the last time something like that has been printed since the C64.

Die Hautkrebse expoldieren seit man sich diesen Industriemüll auf die Haut schmiert. Das Beste: Leichte luftige Kleidung und den Körper bedecken. Man kann von den Beduinen auch was lernen.

A lot of nationalism is ridiculous, but this one has always felt the most ridiculous. Mexico doesn't govern nearly a third of its territory. It can't even knock off drug smugglers! Why should Mexico get to have more? So that even more land can be in a state of perma-crime?
