UPDATE (1/2): Rackspace Technology is now in a position to begin testing our procedures to facilitate a successful handover of email data to Hosted Exchange email customers. We have been working through a rigorous process to recover, test, and secure this data.

@Rackspace STOP insulting us with vacuous and pointless words. When will you be back online? Have our emails and information been lost or compromised? Note: I’ve always migrated away from this trash company and will be joining the class action lawsuit.

@marksharkey @KelleeKal @Rackspace Are your emails still showing on your email client? If so, can you back them up to PST File and Migrate?

@KelleeKal @Rackspace What is everyone doing about Rackspace invoices? Paying? I don't want services shut off for nonpayment; but, I hardly feel it is fair to pay for accounts that we migrated while we wait to get access to our old emails. I don't want to cancel those because we need the old emails.

UPDATE: Since becoming aware of suspicious activity in our Hosted Exchange environment on 12/2, we’ve determined that the isolated disruption is the result of ransomware and our security team is working with a lead cyber defense firm to investigate. Status:bit.ly/3ui4CGk

@Rackspace You aren’t doing “anything” and countless businesses are suffering due to your Security Teams incompetence. New CEO and within 3 months a record setting outage causing businesses to suffer with failed support in place to handle this catastrophic event.
