@lillaburrinha Hii I i got to 190kg something at some point and I didnt have a double chin anymore! I used to be 280kg. I think what helped was that I cut out everything that had sugar or dairy in it!! I also would do alot of lifting that made me lose weight!! ^^ i hope this helps some1!!
