California's population grew 0.4% in the last decade. The number of state employees grew 24.5%. Total state spending grew 48%, inflation adjusted. You have to ask - where did all the money go?
California's $32 billion EDD scandal was the biggest theft of taxpayer dollars in U.S. history. The scheme was "relatively easy" – checks were literally sent to prisons – because Newsom suspended key safeguards and refused to take basic steps advised by the federal government.

I’m not a blackpiller but the web of corruption that extends between the Democratic Party, the public sector, NGOs, and various connected cronies is worse than anyone can imagine. We’re probably talking about hundreds of billions $ stolen nationally each year.
