The SEC is the most dominant conference
Steve Harvey@IAmSteveHarvey
What’s something you were taught growing up… that you don’t believe anymore?
English

@IAmSteveHarvey That the SEC was the most dominant conference
English

@CFBTalkDaily 100% correct. Upgrading his OL significantly with Donkoh, Cousins and Riker can make all the difference. They’ll also be rolling out a much more dynamic rushing attack with James Peoples and Quinton Martin included. Jackson doesn’t know what he’s talking about.
English

Better offensive line
Koby Howard
Andrew Rappleyea
And a defense including Ferrari Tony Rojas

What is this tweet? 😂 “Just needs the talent around him” is a wild thing to say when Penn State is running out last year’s Iowa State starters...
English

@JacksonLPence This isn’t a wild thing to say at all actually. They combined iowa state’s starters with many of Penn State’s starters. This is completely different that saying “Penn State is running out last years Iowa State starters”

NEWS: Four-Star RB Tre Segarra is down to 5 Schools, he tells me for @Rivals
The 5’10 210 RB from Duncan, SC is ranked as a Top 5 RB in the 2027 Class (per Rivals Industry)
Where Should He Go?

My friend is 5’9, 145 lbs, ~7% body fat… he’s been on Reta for 8ish month now (was 195 before and looked chubby)
He’s ripped but also looks like a skeleton… At some point it stops being “optimization” and starts being a cry for help. I’ve told him to get off it and start actually strength training more.
GLP’s/Reta aren’t for getting shredded… they’re for getting TO shredded. Still have to proper strength train and know what to eat to be healthy. It’s not an end all savior. Educate yourself.
Pretty much right now for him and a lot of people it’s just diminishing returns, lower testosterone, loss of interests in life and looking like you vape for breakfast lol.
get lean → get off → go lift something heavy and eat a steak
So don’t trust everything you see on the internet, know what you’re doing!

@NCAAFNation247 Rocco will need to be atop is game to compete in the B1G this year. He can certainly do it, but he’s gonna need to dig deep and ball
English

● QB Spotlight ●
Rocco Becht
Iowa State ➡️ Penn State
• Becht has been the model of consistency throughout his career at Iowa State. He helped rebuild that program and proved to be a winner in his time in Ames. In his career he's thrown for 9,274 yards 64 Touchdowns 27 INTs while completing 60.7% of his passes. He's also rushed for 499 yards 19 TDs.

English

@CFBTalkDaily Very excited to see what he can do in the B1G. He’s a gamer, hoping he can elevate his play just a little bit as he’ll be facing more tougher defenses for sure
English

@recruits_cfb He needs to just get past this season and then return home and be a buckeye. It’s what he wants deep down, and he’ll be great there.

TRENDING: Tennessee star pass rusher Chaz Coleman is having some off field issues early in his time in Knoxville. Despite this, the Vols “do not want to kick him off the team,” per a report by Tony Basilio. Coleman is being paid $3.5 million this season by the Volunteers.
Basilio stated that this is the farthest Coleman has ever been away from home and that he is “not handling it well.” He then said a source close to the Coleman family told him it sometimes takes Chaz a bit longer to “get locked in.”
“They’ve been in contact with family members, and it’s possible one of his siblings could join him soon in Knoxville,” Basilio said in regards to the Vols efforts to help smooth over the transition.
Thoughts? Coleman has seemingly unlimited upside at a premium position of value, but paying $3.5 million for a guy who isn’t “locked in yet” is a bit suspect. Let us know what you think 👇

@bryan_johnson Bryan, I’ve found that my motile count increase tenfold when I strangle my nutsack while ejaculating. This is the first I’m hearing of motile count but I imagine it to be true.
