Guys it’s simple economics. Knicks intense ticket demand in Philly isn’t evidence that their fans are more passionate. It’s that Xfinity Mobile Arena is in blue collar South Philadelphia; Madison Square Garden is in freaking Manhattan. Despite the close proximity, cost of living and average incomes are dramatically different. More affordable for Knicks fans to come to Philly. Simple as that. Sixers are making the right and obvious move here.

I seriously need some help here. My neighbor just put up this massive metal fence right along our property line and I’m honestly pretty upset about it. It completely changed the whole feel of my driveway and now it looks like I’m pulling into some kind of industrial corridor. I had no idea this was even happening until the thing was already built. I said no to four corporations who want me to fund their goodwill so they can put it in their annual report" She was quiet Then she said "you're not wrong" I said "I know" She said "but you're still going to look like a monster" I said "I'd rather look like a monster than quietly fund a billion-dollar company's PR strategy at the register" She didn't disagree But she didn't look at me either Plz fix.
