#HilaryBuckleyAward We demonstrate successful generation of patient-derived organoids from SCCOHT, providing proof of principle that this rare and aggressive ovarian malignancy can be modelled ex vivo while retaining defining pathological and molecular features. The ability to establish faithful models from extremely limited tumour material represents a significant advance for rare cancer research, where disease scarcity has historically limited biological investigation. #BAGP2026
