@IHC_guy @MoharramDr @slusagar I defer to @IHC_guy for all things IHC, but for what it’s worth I agree 😂 Glad he mentioned CK20 as I was about to do the same. CK7 doesn’t help as it is often positive to some degree in cervical SCC (in contrast to other sites). Clinical info may be quite helpful here as well

@MoharramDr @slusagar @md_kyle Depends on how your GATA-3 is optimized. Strong GATA-3+ favors urothelial carcinoma (80% sens) but anogenitourinary squames are often weak to moderately GATA-3+. Block p16 positive would favor uterine cervix. CK20+ (50% sens) favors urothelial.
