renting a house needs to have the stigma removed. yes rents are higher relative to wages from 20y ago, but still cheaper in most cases than buying. if he's got an office job, in theory making ~80k+ should be able to live in philly with a wife and 2 kids without much issue. just won't be in the n'hood you wanted to be in, and will have to drop 12 of the 17 streaming services

A 16-year-old Burlington teen was screaming & crying in pain while waiting in the ER. He died after waiting 8 hours before a doctor finally saw him, then sent him to another hospital. His family is now suing the hospital, saying his death was preventable. Our healthcare is not free. It has a price. You pay with your taxes. You pay with the wait times. And now, you pay with your life.

Well, I tried to tell the courts multiple times I can’t do jury duty cuz I’m pregnant and the full time care taker to our one year old, and they seem to not care, so me and the kiddo are pulling up to jury duty tomorrow, I literally told them MULTIPLE TIMES I don’t have child care lmao, so I guess we just have to drive there and get dismissed. 🤷🏼‍♀️
