First time ? It s been like this for me for the past 4 years to at least reach the vcl desk and they told me because of arabic i have darija they say and when i talk arabic or égyptien arabic they accept it and when i talk on their post they deleted and post it again so why we are casters if they dont let us do what we love having in vcl a lot of morocans to play but zero to cast is something i will never accept from va'guard not riot but vanguard and i dont mindffacing them so they tell the truth we know u guys go friendly with people ulwant and ur friend and also the super stars but even ur Superstars know that we are better on valorant we do it with love cause we startee this shiiit in the mena but i guess theu wana kill the region

No hate at all towards any of the talents in the picture. Most of them are my friends, and I genuinely wish them the best.
My question is about the talent selection process itself.
Imm struggling to understand some of the decisions. For example, some people who havent been active in the League of Legends scene for quite some time were selected, while others who have been consistently involved throughout the year were placed in different roles. Someone whos been primarily working in another game for years is now casting League of Legends at EWC. Nothing makes sense.
This isnt about saying anyone doesnt deserve the opportunity. Its about having a selection process that feels fair to everyone and doesnt look unfair.
If you are calling it the Esports World Cup, then the talent selection should reflect that same world class standard. I know it seems like they dont care much about the Arabic broadcast, but they should.
Again, this is directed at EWC process, not the individuals. I respect everyone involved, and I hope they all do amazing job.
