According to the Tontitown Police Department, both Joseph, 31, and Kendra, 27, have been charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor (second degree) and four counts of false imprisonment (second degree) in Arkansas. This comes just days after Joseph Duggar was charged in Florida with lewd and lascivious molestation of a child under 12 and lewd and lascivious behavior tied to an alleged 2020 incident. Authorities say the investigation remains “active and ongoing,” adding that limited details are being released due to the involvement of minors. Joseph Duggar was arrested in Arkansas and is awaiting extradition to Florida in connection to the earlier case.

A 49-year-old man driving a red Hyundai Tucson plowed into vehicles and pedestrians outside the Apollo Theater. One bicyclist (a delivery worker) was killed, another delivery bicyclist was critically injured, and three others (in vehicles) suffered non-life-threatening injuries. The driver also hit a tractor-trailer and an unoccupied NYPD vehicle. The driver was injured, treated, and taken into custody with charges pending. Police are investigating possible intoxication.
