Man oh man. Please keep my mom (Pat) and my dad (Frank) in your prayers. He was transferred to the PT hospital last night. Mom says it was the worst care place she had ever seen. It was filthy and downright gross. She refused to have him admitted there. She took him home, and then they were instructed to go back to the hospital with Dad this morning. Dad has cephalitis, Parkinson's and end stage CHF. They are going to discuss what happens next. It will probably be hospice care at home. Mom will need nursing help as, though Dad doesn't have Alzheimer's, he does sundowning - though it lasts much longer into the night. This may sound awful, but Dad isn't going to get better. We are praying that God has mercy on Dad and takes him home before he gets worse and worse. We will be having a lot of discussions soon. Thank you for praying!
