@BCAA so I pay for a membership if I ever need roadside assistance, and it is a three hour wait for a jump. I could see an hour, hour and a half but sorry three hours is a bit ridiculous. Kind of defeats the purpose of being a member.

Why is it now impossible to actually call an office locally. Just tried to speak to someone at my local BCAA office to end up in another area of Metro Vancouver when after listening to about 4 minutes of phone menu chatter, I just wasted my time. @BCAA Not efficient at all. 😒

@jaya23892 @BCAA Same thing happened tonight. Three hour wait a friend showed up a little over an hour and gave me a jump. Not worth it

@BCAA Absolutely horrible. Called them for a jump starter has been 3 hours. They don't deserve a single penny. I'm canceling membership of my whole family. In the time they show up, my buddy was able to make the trip all the way from chilliwack yo Burnaby. Shame on you!
