@real0bit Hello, If a provider submits a claim for services they provided we are required to process and pay that claim per your plan's benefits. If you feel they are submitting fraudulent claims you can call 1-800-543-0867 to report this.

@BCBSIL I would truly love to understand why, after making not one but two complaints about a provider that unlawfully withheld my medical records and signed the record for the visit over 100 days after the visit, your response was to hand that provider EVEN MORE MONEY.

Anyone have any recommendations? We received a large bill from @BJC_HealthCare in which @BCBSIL denied saying the admission, to @MissouriBaptist, wasn’t “medically necessary”. If an ER doc admits you, isn’t it on the hospital? Now they tell us to pay out of pocket.

Well @BCBSIL I need assistance with a COA for my parents. The zip in your mail documents sent to old address doesn’t match what your Indian (shame) call center has on file. How can I get this resolved? They’re 86 pay over $1k per month in premiums and you make it so ridiculously difficult for seniors to make changes. AG is my next stop you 24 hrs to respond

@BCBSIL Hands down some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Dropped calls, can't "find" the data that I uploaded (even though I can SEE it on the webpage, but you can't see it? Can I send an email? No. Can I send a screen shot? No. 10 CALLS LATER AND I GO TO THE BACK OF THE LINE AGAIN. Top that off with a foreign based call center with people yelling in the background. Unbelievable.
