Hey BCBS Community Health Plan — We have physical therepy code billed like 97112 97530 but not getting paid. And denying as non covered. On call rep says we out of network but we have approval letter of credentialing. #IllinoisMedicaid #PhysicalTherapy @BCBSIL @BCBSAssociation

@BCBSIL @Prime_PBM I get why most dermatological meds aren’t covered but essentially NO eye meds are covered! Not even with a clinical review!? You must realize that dry eye drops are needed (desperately+) by autoimmune patients! You cover GLP’s but not ophthalmological meds?
