@BCBSIL if you could somehow get somebody from your credentialing department to return any of our recent inquiries that is holding back a provider from providing valuable medical services to your own patient that would be great. This is a departure from previously great service.

@moiramcqmcgee our company employees has put in 14 hr days for 1 week to transform our business from a physical clinic to a telehealth practice. We have been able to provide continuity to our pediatric therapy population. Kids have cp, muscular dystrophy, autism, co, syndrome.

@BCBSIL want to make sure our Illinois kids can still see their pediatric PT, OT and SLP via telehealth with billing their normal codes. BCBSIL has always been the leading player in this state and know they will do the right thing for its members. Please help.
