Saw client in 2021-22. @BCBSTX primary, @Cigna secondary. Claims were processed as such. 2026 (!?), I get letters for recoup from BCBS saying they were secondary. Resubmitted claims to Cigna. They are STILL saying they are secondary. BOTH of you are claiming secondary. Now what?

Once again, we are in the same boat with @BCBSTX They are denying life saving care from our three in oncology teams at MD Anderson. They denied new to blue, backdated documents, etc. I’ve filed a state case and subsequently another one today.

Go to emergency room ER doctor says you must be admitted. Insurance company denies hospital stay because not medically necessary. Apparently, patient must be aware enough to verify with insurance company that admittance is warranted. Insanity. @BCBSTX

1. Saw a client (fed plan) in 2021 - 2022. BCBS primary, Cigna secondary. I checked. Claims were processed. 2. June 2026 I get letters for recoupment, saying BCBS was secondary. THIS IS NOT TRUE. 3. Rep told me member changed COB in MAY 2026?! For 2021? HOW!? Please help @BCBSTX

Dumbest shit I've ever heard. @BCBSTX won't renew my Testosterone Rx because my levels are normal. It's like telling a diabetic that they will no longer cover diabetes meds because their blood sugar is normal. I know my Testosterone is normal, but it's normal because I'm on TRT. Ridiculous that I am paying an insurance company to nix my doctor's healthcare plan for me.

@BCBSTX I hate your company, denied care multiple times for meds and proeedures my Drs ordered because you thought I needed to use a cheaper less effective drug or your actuarial table said my cancer was "low risk". Thanks for denying my scan, I now have it in my neck too.
