The arrows size would show how fast or slow the push is. This will be really helpful on the onboarding. heres a rough outline:

@Spideraxe30 If the description is correct and it doesnt require allies to proc + damage amp, this might be good on sooo many champs: naut, ali, leona, rell, maokai and even anivia, lissandra, ryze, Zac, ivern. The getting better uptime on cc effects is insane.

@Spideraxe30 Great item that gets better. Soo sleeper op on tank tops/jgl, especially in comp. This item will always be difficult to justify to build for alot of supports outside of Ali, Taric and Leona since it is better with stats which tops and jgl get easily, so they just buy locket.

@drewlevin @jynxzi Tournament was also good for seeing how total newbies experience League. Can be really useful for League Next. A lot of them didn't know how to level up their spells, so something like a Auto level up ability and preset + custom ability skillup orders would be nice.
