Glamour For Good!✨💗 📍On Saturday, April 11th, prepare for a night of Fashion and Fundraising in aid of Charlotte's Vision! The evening will begin at 7pm in the Ard Rí House Hotel, Tuam with a drinks & canapés reception✨, a selection of fabulous stalls from local business to shop🛍️, a spectacular fashion show featuring local boutiques collections👗 and the popular best dressed competition.🎀 Hosting the evening will be Caroline Downey, stylist with RTÉ’s Today Show and Chairperson of Charlotte’s Vision, alongside Mandy Maher of Catwalk Modelling Agency. All funds raised from the evening will go directly to metastatic breast cancer research at the Lambe Institute in Galway, in partnership with the National Breast Cancer Research Institute (NBCRI).🔬💕 🎟️Tickets for the event are €25 and are available online at charlottesvision.ie/events-1/ or directly from the Ard Rí House Hotel.

The Rain Couldn't Stop the GALWAY Walk in Pink 2026!💗 We were absolutely delighted by the incredible support at our Galway Walk on Mother's Day! From a Zumba warm-up by Shree, inspiring speeches & stories and a lovely walk on the prom to the Easter Bunny making an appearance, we had a great morning.🌅✨ A huge thank you to everyone who took part, donated and supported the event all in aid of Breast Cancer Research.👏 A special thank you to the staff of the Claddagh Hall, DJ Darren Kelly from Galway Bay FM, SuperMac’s, Collins McNicholas and O’Connor’s Bakery for the treats and the wonderful cake they presented us with to celebrate the Walks 5th Birthday.🙌 📹Video by Ruby Productions

Congratulations to our Charity Partners SPAR and EUROSPAR on their Spider Awards WIN!🎉 At the Spider Awards Night on Friday, SPAR and EUROSPAR Ireland have won the Best Influencer Led Campaign Award, in partnership with Ko!🏆✨ They have won the award for their Breast Before Dates campaign in collaboration with the National Breast Cancer Research Institute.💗 They utilised influencers from their 'Check-In Morning' Event in October to amplify the campaigns message effectively about the importance of regular check-ups and self-examination for breast cancer. Box in Pink 2026: Punching for a Purpose!💗🥊 Last Tuesday, University of Galway Students put their gloves on and stepped into the ring at the Clayton Hotel to raise funds for Breast Cancer Research.🔬 It was an action packed evening filled with exciting showdowns, a fun raffle and even the easter bunnies made an appearance in the ring for our upcoming Easter Raffle!🐰✨ 👏A big thank you to the University of Galway Cancer Soc and everyone who supported the event!

The evening kicked off with a bang by the high-energy Funky Drummers leading into an exciting auction! 👟Arran Tyson Goes to Hell & Back for Sister Laura💗 On Saturday, 28th of Feb, Arran Tyson will take on the 'Hell & Back' Challenge in support of his Laura Tyson O'Connor, while raising vital funds for Charlotte’s Vision, which supports metastatic breast cancer research at the National Breast Cancer Research Institute (NBCRI).💗💚 Arran, from Knocknacara, is undertaking the challenge for his eldest sister Laura, who received a diagnosis of metastatic breast cancer while pregnant. Speaking about the experience, Arran said, “Once we had news of her diagnosis, with the added complication of her being pregnant, it was hard for us to comprehend the situation. But as a family, we knew we had to support Laura in any way we could.” Laura, her husband Gabhan, and Arran’s nephew Ruairí, who was just 18 months old at the time, faced an incredibly difficult period. Halfway through Laura’s chemotherapy treatment, baby Bobby was born fit and healthy.💕 Arran, who is preparing to run a marathon later this year, decided to combine his training with fundraising for metastatic breast cancer research.
