Even with the delay today we had a chance to visit with the @EES_Mustangs staff today. It’s time well spent to check in on the issues important to those in our schools. @Boone_County

Our next round Coffee Conversations kicked off this morning with the staff of @steeplechaseel! This is such a great opportunity to have face to face interactions with our staff members in a comfortable setting. @Boone_County

January meeting time! We focused on Access & Opportunity this month with a presentation from our A & O committee. We also had an opportunity to ask questions of Dr. Hauswald and special guest Board Chairman Jessie Parks. @BCS_Super @Boone_County

December meeting time! This month we are focusing on mental health & wellness. Deb Zegarra spoke about Ethan’s Purpose and Hope Squad. Our MH &W committee lead a group activity. We had a special visit from a group of therapy dogs to wrap up the meeting! @Boone_County @BCS_Super

I had the opportunity to visit @BCHS_Rebels1955 to participate in mock medical interviews with PLTW students this morning! @Boone_County

This morning we had two stops for our Coffee Conversations. First was Gray Middle School and then it was off to @MannElementary! We had a great time with some great conversations. @Boone_County

On Wednesday morning we stopped by @RCHS_Jaguars for a Coffee Conversation. Interacting with staff members in their comfort zone can be so beneficial! @Boone_County

Day two of this month's Coffee Conversations was great a visit with @CampErnstBlazer staff this morning! The opportunity to connect in an informal setting cannot be overstated. @Boone_County

Paul Van Laningham won his 2nd straight Cross Country State Championship at the KY Horse Park. He shattered his own course record & broke the overall state meet record at 15:01 for 5k. It’s the 1st time an AAA boy has won back to back state cross country titles in 16 yrs. Go Jags

Our Communication and Outreach Committee is addressing the importance of communication and the elements that can help it to be effective. We participated in activities that helped highlight communication. @Boone_County @BCS_Super
