His Holiness Pope Leo XIV's message of unity and compassion continues to inspire hope and change across the globe. During our conversation today, I thanked His Holiness for his efforts to return Indigenous artefacts from the Vatican Museums, and we discussed the urgent need for humanitarian aid and peace in regions of conflict. We also focused on the opportunities and challenges of artificial intelligence and ensuring it serves all humanity — with the protection of the individual being paramount as we adopt and scale this technology.

STUBB: Ukrainians eliminating 35,000 Russian soldiers per month, launching more drones and missiles into Russia than vice versa. Ukraine reclaiming territory, striking deeper into Russia. Popularity of war in Russia is shrinking. Tides are actually turning and Ukraine is on top.

As a reporter, here is what I would tell you, Pierre : " I work for the people. I ask questions on behalf of the people. You are accountable to them and I make sure that you are. THAT, is every reporter's job. Now, answer my question. " @PierrePoilievre #cdnpoli @polqc

Reporter: We have economists saying that today's numbers are so nominal they could be forecasted away and revised away. So aren't you jumping the gun a little bit calling this a full-blown recession? Pierre Poilievre: Which outlet are you with?

A small note about the GDP data. The press is reporting it as a small decline in Q1. But the opening sentence of the Statcan report says this: « Real gross domestic product (GDP) was unchanged in the first quarter of 2026 ». Why? Because the decline was -0.036%, which is 1/

BREAKING: The Trump administration is reportedly removing January 6 indictments and conviction records from government websites in what critics are calling an open attempt to erase the public record of the Capitol attack. And the most remarkable part? They are not even hiding it. This is no longer just about pardons or political messaging. This is about historical memory itself. Government databases are supposed to preserve official records regardless of who is in power. So when an administration starts deleting documentation connected to one of the most consequential political events in modern American history, people are going to see it as something much bigger than routine website maintenance. They are going to see it as an attempt to rewrite the historical archive in real time.

The DOJ is literally investigating a sexual assault survivor, E Jean Carroll, instead of a single perpetrator in the Epstein files.
Thomas Massie@RepThomasMassie

@WhiteHouse @mevans5729 Zero investigations, indictments, arrests, or even so much as a parking ticket for Epstein’s coconspirators. As Melania said, Epstein did not act alone.

Trump reportedly executed 3,700 stock trades in just the FIRST THREE MONTHS of 2025. According to reporting, that was more trading volume and money than all 535 members of Congress combined did over an entire year. Read that again. The president of the United States was allegedly trading at a scale bigger than Congress itself while simultaneously controlling: - tariffs - defense contracts - sanctions - energy policy - AI policy - market-moving announcements

American soldiers die in Trump's war, not a word from Donald. Gas and food prices skyrocket, not a word from Donald. People demand the Epstein files, not a word from Donald. But the minute you take his fat name off a building, Donald writes Mein Kampf for Morons.

BREAKING: A federal judge is now signaling the Trump administration’s so-called “weaponization fund” may have emerged from collusive litigation and could potentially amount to fraud on the court. That is nuclear-level language from a judge. “Fraud on the court” is not normal criticism. It is reserved for situations where a court believes it may have been manipulated, misled, or used as part of a coordinated scheme. And the judge reportedly pointed to two giant red flags: - the massive $1.8 billion settlement amount - and concerns the opposing sides may not have actually been acting as true adversaries Translation? The court is openly questioning whether this lawsuit was partially engineered to create a taxpayer-funded political compensation machine. That is an absolutely extraordinary development.

CANSEC 2026 really showcased the defense sector's value to North America and the world this week. It's clear our businesses are building strong partnerships with Canadians. These relationships matter for jobs back home and for keeping North America safe.

BREAKING: Oversight Democrats are now demanding subpoenas for Acting AG Todd Blanche and FBI Director Kash Patel after accusing DOJ officials of coaching Pam Bondi during her Epstein testimony. And the allegation at the center of this is explosive: Lawmakers say senior DOJ officials were allegedly sitting beside Bondi, whispering guidance during questioning, while the department itself may later review the transcript before public release.
