Tinubu was smart enough not to contest in 2007, 2011, 2015,2019 and waited till 2023..Your empty brain agulu fraud took a whole 6m votes from a mushroom party to go and be looking for free ticket in lion’s den.. That sole decision alone shows how intellectually challenged he is!
Amechi Ozoemena@amechi_ozoemena

Peter Obi is smarter than Tinubu but Tinubu’s inhumanity makes him look like a strategist in the eyes of fools. Tinubu’s tactics is what any dead conscience person can afford. But in this 2027, Obi will outsmart him.

This is what some Nigerians are doing to themselves and the country. Meanwhile these same people will be blaming government everyday while looking forward and even praying for better life and development in their areas. How on earth could someone blame the government for this kind of crime?. Safeguarding of National Assets should be everybody's responsibility.

BREAKING: OAU Rejects Peter Obi – "Third Class Philosopher Not Welcome in the Temple of Knowledge!" My dear Obidients, your messiah finally reached the gates of Oduduwa Hall, the sacred ground of Great Ife, only to be told: "Abeg, carry your 3rd Class Philosophy certificate and waka!" The Vice-Chancellor, upon seeing the CV, reportedly whispered to the DSS: "This one studied thinking and still came out with a Third Class? Even our Philosophy Department students would fail him twice!" Peter Obi, the man who spent years philosophizing about "I will shock them," got shocked instead by the very institution that values actual intellect. Great Ife, home of legends, took one look at that Lower Pass (sorry, "Third Class Upper" in Obidient math) and said: "No. We train First Class minds here, not merchants who read Plato and still can't balance a simple budget without crying 'structure'." Supporters are now wailing: "It's tribalism! It's sabotage!" No, my people. It's standards. Even the statues of Awolowo are shaking their heads: "This brother read Philosophy but never grasped wisdom." Peter, next time try UNN alumni WhatsApp group. Great Ife is for those who graduated with honours – not honours in "I Dey There" philosophy. Trojan Beast has spoken. The Lion of Judea has been tamed by the Lion of Ife.

FOR THE SANE ONES IN NIGERIA, LET US THINK ABOUT IT FOR ONCE. - The roads Tinubu is building (Lagos-Calabar, Sokoto-Badagry) should have been built 30 years ago. - Nigeria’s fuel and electricity subsidies should have been removed 30 years ago. - The tax reform bills should have been introduced 50 years ago. - A consumer credit scheme for all citizens should have been implemented 50 years ago. - Students loan would have ended ASUU strikes 5 decades ago. - The regional development commissions should have been created 3 decades ago. - Local government autonomy should have been figured out several years ago. - State policing would have sorted our insecurity challenges if implemented 30 years ago. Tinubu came and fixed all of it in less than three years. Man is accelerating our development process and some Nigerians excepted a smooth transition without any major impact or pushback from the beneficiaries of the rot. We have skimmed through the dark days and the remnant issues of insecurity and resultant effects of inflation will not push us to bring back those who have not had the courage to fix these things despite being given opportunities before now. The 2027 elections is a fight between stepping forward or taking several steps backward by electing people who said they will cancel all these initiatives. The sane ones will once again prevail and nothing shall discourage us in a bid to build a resilient and more prosperous country. Forward ever, coalition never.

PRESS STATEMENT INCITING VIOLENCE - GOVERNOR MAKINDE, YOU ARE UNWORTHY OF THE OFFICE YOU OCCUPY While addressing a summit of opposition political parties in Ibadan, yesterday, Saturday, April 25, 2026, Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo state invoked the bloody history of “Operation Wetie” to incite Nigerians to violence over his baseless and senseless allegation of the country’s descent into a one party state. The All Progressives Congress (APC) categorically condemns Governor Makinde’s incitement as reckless, and a clear and present threat to peace and national security. It is particularly disturbing for a sitting Governor who bears constitutional responsibility as the Chief Security Officer of his state to conjure up one of the darkest episodes of political violence in Nigeria’s history to threaten violence against the people and government of Nigeria. By his incitement to violence, Makinde has showed himself to be unworthy of the high office of Governor that he occupies. Makinde’s violent rhetoric cannot be dismissed as mere opposition posturing. His statement risks fueling anarchy, murderous rage and widespread lawlessness capable of undermining national stability. We therefore call on all relevant security and intelligence agencies to take this unfortunate development seriously and act to safeguard lives, property, and defend Nigeria’s democratic order. Makinde must be reminded that constitutional immunity from prosecution is not immunity from accountability for threats or acts against national security. No individual, however highly placed, should have the power to threaten or endanger the lives and safety of Nigerians or upend the country’s hard-won democratic governance under the guise of political commentary. The APC, again, vehemently rejects attempts by confused opposition leaders to frame their internal shambles in alarmist narratives about so-called one-party domination. The opposition parties are victims of self-inflicted injuries arising from anti-democratic practices, miserably poor leadership, internal contradictions, utter disregard for due process and the rule of law, persistent factionalization, and the desperate and dissonant presidential ambitions of their leaders. The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) was destroyed by Atiku Abubakar’s ruthless confiscation of the PDP’s 2023 presidential ticket in violation of the party’s constitutionally entrenched rotational zoning formula. The Labour Party (LP) was effectively subverted by the restless nomadic disposition of its 2023 presidential candidate, Mr Peter Obi, permanently swinging from one party to another in search of free and uncontested presidential ticket. The African Democratic Congress (ADC), so-called coalition platform, was basically stillborn, strangled by the reckless robbery of that party’s leadership by the same band of marauding opposition figures, never willing to remain and build their parties but always quick to use the revolving door on to the next available party. They have left nothing but desolation in opposition trail. At the APC, we are confident that Nigerians are discerning and recognize that a party so grossly unable to manage its own internal affairs cannot be entrusted with the governance of Africa’s most populous and important country. These opposition leaders and their coalition of confusion have not put anything forward by way of an alternative vision for Nigeria’s development. All they have in their arsenal is fear mongering built on false narratives about the APC. Our great Party rejects the veiled expectation of opposition leaders that the APC would help them manage their internal affairs. We bear no such duty and will not provide any such leadership consulting services to them. And we will not yield to blackmail to abdicate our duty to our Party to plan, organize and mobilize to compete effectively in the upcoming 2027 general elections. Our democracy is founded on the idea of competing visions of governance and development. Their failure to articulate any alternative vision or policy framework to the visionary and transformative policies of the APC-led administration is on them, and Nigerians are justified in rejecting their gangster antics designed to threaten their way to electoral victory. Nigeria’s democratic space remains as robust as can be. With nearly two dozen parties registered and participating freely in the country’s electoral process, the opposition’s unjustifiable attacks on our great Party, and their threats of violence is nothing but primitive capitulation, an admission of incompetence, and a peremptory alibi for what is looking to be a fantastic rebuke at the hands of the Nigerian electorate come 2027. Our great party, under the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, remains committed to strengthening democratic institutions, upholding the rule of law, and delivering on the Renewed Hope Agenda for the peace, unity, and prosperity of all Nigerians. Setting up a direction? After 3 years? In an environment or economy like Nigeria, what the people need are impact investments, not white elephant projects. Dear sir, I'm sure you have realised your mistake by now😁. BTW, do you know that the government you're defending does not take feedback from those who voted for them? They carry on with whatever they want to do, regardless of how it will affect majority of the citizens. That's not a representation, it's dictatorship.

WHY IS TINUBU BORROWING? I AM GOING TO BE VERY BLUNT HERE. Please I beg you, this post is very important. SHARE it. President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu came to the Senate yet again seeking to borrow the sum of $516M . The purpose is to finance the finishing of the Sokoto-Badagry highway. And to this ,the Senate President says, "It Is Better To Borrow For Projects To Improve Road Safety And Foster National Integration" — Senate President, Akpabio I have received several calls from friends who say "You see am? Tinubu is borrowing again." Then I ask, what's it with you people and his borrowing again? I believe you don't know, now I want to answer you on why previous administrations borrowed and why he's borrowing. Let me break it down to the layman's understanding. Have you ever borrowed money before ? Either from your friends, micro finance banks or those online Apps that give many sleepless nights?🤣 I assume the answer it YES? So why did you borrow? Perhaps you needed to start a small business or increase your business or you're on a project ? So why did you borrow to execute the project? The answer is simple. Your productive capacity is not enough to produce the money you need to finance your projects. Now imagine that you're a guy who inherited ten plots of land. Before now a plot there was selling for just one million. Then suddenly a maga company came there and built a factory and a federal university moved in there too. The value quickly shot to 30M per plot. 10 plots will be N300 M. You sold all of them and you were swimming in Money. Then you made no further investments with the money. You squandered the money. And before one year you were back to square one. So if you're going to survive, manage to start a business, send your kids to school, feed, and finance your other needs , what will be your option? Miracles? No. You'll borrow. Let's say you've learnt your lessons, borrowing is not a bad thing as long as you're using the money to invest in things that will generate profit and enabling you pay back. And in five years, you could become a successful businessman again. So this is the case with Nigeria. Previous administrations squandered golden opportunities for Nigeria to prosper. Jonathan administration especially enjoyed oil boom and earned $300 billion. That was our opportunity to industrialize and blow up , but the money ended up in private bank accounts. We're borrowing $516 M now , but Jonathan's petroleum minister , Diezani Madueke-Allison alone disappeared $20 billion. Till today that money can't be found. From my post last night you could see testimonies from Central bank Governors Soludo and Sanusi plus Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala saying that, "Whoever would takeover from Jonathan in 2015 would suffer because he will have no money to run government." Remember, all these three served in that government and they had this testimony about it? Let me tell you, whoever tells you that if he becomes Nigeria's president today he won't borrow, that person is not being honest. What miracle is he going to do? If you don't have money , how are you going to finance projects? Unless he's going to do what Peter Obi did in Anambra - keep money in the bank and do no major transformational projects. Play baba Ijebu Economist. Is this what we want? You could see what Tinubu needs this money for? A major highway linking Lagos and Sokoto -northern business Axis. This road is linking products to customers. This is why I tell you to pay attention to every move Tinubu makes. See the sense in them. I tell you that this road will finance the repayment of that loan before the end of one year. The biggest road revolution in this country is this Badagry-Sokoto and Coastal road. They'll blow up Nigeria's economy greater than anything you've seen. I support Asiwaju with my full chest. A leader who makes moves that matter. Even when the moves are unpopular.

Shutting down a city of 20 million people to clean their immediate environment is parochial and lacks imagination. For emphasis: the issue is not so much about cleaning your environment (which is great) but the logistics of waste management - starting from the collection, to disposal and recycling. Anything short of rethinking this system is cosmetic and unimaginative.
Tokunbo Wahab@tokunbo_wahab

Tomorrow morning between 6:30am and 8:30am, we begin a new chapter in our collective journey toward a cleaner Lagos. The monthly environmental sanitation exercise returns, and I am calling on every resident to come out and participate actively. Let me address the confusion some have tried to create. No court pronouncement has invalidated this exercise. The State proceeded to the Court of Appeal, and judgment was delivered in our favour. The Court affirmed that the laws used for the implementation and enforcement of environmental sanitation are legitimate and constitutional. So disregard those who choose to mislead the public. We have planned this for over a year. We have thought it through. We cannot keep complaining about dirty surroundings and blaming government while shirking our own responsibilities. The care of our environment is a collaborative project between government and citizens. Major transport unions controlling about 90% of vehicles on our roads have pledged not to deploy their vehicles from major parks during the sanitation window. If government vehicles are staying put, what will it cost us to stay home for just two hours to clean our environment? We are not unreasonable. Exceptions exist for emergencies, scheduled flights, and students writing JAMB exams. LAWMA has been fully mobilized to evacuate waste generated. Environmental health officers will monitor properties, and defaulters will be served abatement notices. Tomorrow, let us show Lagos and the world that we are ready to take ownership of our environment. Two hours. One Saturday each month. A cleaner, healthier, flood-free Lagos for all of us. #LagosSanitationExercise #CleanerLagos
