Let’s assume all 60,000 daily Ontario COVID-19 tests are in people with symptoms.
With no testing, that’s 300,000 people (2% of Ontario’s population) in 5-day isolation at any given time - PLUS all members of their household.
Daily school staff/student absenteeism will hit 10%+

Bottom line here is there may be tiny aerosols either in vitro or in vivo that are part of this, but by no means major. The bulk is still droplets. Give me my surgical mask for my covid patients and I’ll be fine. Need to finish our N95 vs mask rct to put the nail in the coffin
