It happens more than people realize. In this case even the Judge admitted to evidence of innocence & no intent but did nothing

@GLFOP The DOJ doesn’t agree,it’s why they prosecuted an already exonerated Sgt in MA. If the wrongful conviction is upheld then selective prosecution will be backed by case law & no longer a violation of cop’s civil/constitutional rights.

@GuntherEagleman I love the hypocrisy in the DOJ. Lie & give immunity to a cop that assaulted a handcuffed prisoner to wrongly prosecute an innocent police Sgt that tried exposing the cops earlier excessive force, while suing an outlet for making up stories. Can’t make it up.

@realpfp Just wait, if the wrongful conviction against Sgt Finnerty in MA is upheld then selective prosecution, currently a violation of civil/constitutional rights, will be codified into case law precedent and progressive anti-cop prosecutors can go after any cop they want. @LELDF

Progressive DA’s, US Attorneys & their AUSA’s are a serious threat to justice and most people are still not paying attention.

@SteveBakerUSA A judge told Sgt David Finnerty there was evidence of his innocence & said there was no intent but he still failed to overturn the wrongful jury verdict (it was a split verdict too). Judge’s continue to refuse to do the job they are supposed to do & seem to be an arm of the DOJ

Judge Mehta said in Ken’s sentencing hearing (paraphrased), “I don’t believe you’re the man the government made you out to be.” But, the bastard still sentenced Ken to four years in prison. How I wish those judges could be similarly punished for what they did in those trials.
