We’ve had such a great day here at Wellington College for their Orchestral Day. Can’t wait for the concert this evening-Dvorak, Mahler and Disney!

What great performances from our Lower School children at this morning’s Music Showcase! We sang songs from around the world, and enjoyed group and solo pieces. Everyone left with smiles on their faces! @BGS_LowerSch

We are so proud of all of our pupils who participated in this week’s production of Oliver. Whether on stage or behind the scenes, you all did brilliantly and it was an incredible show. Well done!

Congratulations to Ellie, Callia and Georgios, who all took part in the Pangbourne Piano Festival this weekend. All three performed beautifully on the Steinway grand pianos at @PangbourneColl , and Callia and her brother Yannis won Best Junior Duet. Well done to all of them!

Had a great day at #MDEE24 @MusicEdExpo. My presentation on Inspiring Beginners was pretty full! I guess we all teach beginners at some point. Lovely to meet friends and to see my publications on stands! 😀🎺

Our Music Enrichment Club are hard at work preparing for the Spring Serenade concert next Thursday evening. We love the way they have come up with their own arrangement of a Zulu song - can’t wait to hear the final result!

Great to visit @BishopsgateSch @BGS_MusicDpt and sing the coronation song. School children across Windsor are learning this song that was composed just for them! The students sang so well! And still had energy albeit it Friday afternoon!

What a great workshop for Year 4 today, led by Kay and Dave from @BollywoodBrass - we learned 3 new notes, 2 new songs, and how to improvise a car chase using trumpet and trombone! @BGS_LowerSch @pBoneOfficial #Bollywood
