@oldenoughtosay I don’t think I ever experienced being touched out until I had kids. My neurodivergence was OBVIOUS until I had kids. Technically not diagnosed but having had a friend whose entire job it is to diagnose ASC tell me I am…that’s as good as I’ll likely get. Awaiting ADHD assessment
