@onefinancehq How does Customer Claims delegitimize disputes they receive. Doesn’t seem fair as a new One customer from Simple I have $3000 transferred out of my One account not authorized my me. Claims responds with “not crediting account” and I have to change banks.

@BHoastin @bthamilton @mdusing @simple @SoFi @allybank Glad you asked! We have much higher interest rates, no fees, early paycheck, and fantastic customer service. Not to mention tens of thousands of Simple customers now call us home and dare we say "better than Simple."

@BBVA_USA So has anyone else switched from @simple to @onefinancehq ? If so how’s the transition been. App interphase, envelopes, automatic funding, direct deposit, etc...
