Sitting here on this gorgeous Sunday doing some reflecting after a good week & thought I’d share some insight.
Have met a lot of founders on here doing between $30k-$300k/mo.
If you're stuck under $10k/day, you're not alone.
It’s the threshold most ecom brands struggle to scale past.
Not because the product sucks.
Not because the ads stop working.
But because the business wasn't built to scale.
Here’s the truth:
The systems that get you to $30k/month will choke your growth at $300k+.
What actually breaks when you scale:
1. Support Becomes Chaos
You can go from 1–2 tickets a day to 50+.
Refunds get missed. Chargebacks pile up.
Your team gets overwhelmed. CSAT drops.

2. You’re Flying Blind on Ops
