Are there some bad ones who have stuck around too long? Absolutely.
But for the most part, these teachers are putting up with a helluva lot of abuse for pay that is not commensurate with their education.

It shows they want more money without and strings or expectations attached. They see children as nothing but a revenue stream for themselves and fodder for the bottom rung to attack.

I FULLY support increasing teachers pay, but… this is not about teachers pay.
Dems have co-opted teachers around the country into protesting against the current administration.
All in the name of an obvious issue, low salaries.
It’s smoke and mirrors, folks.
The number of administrators has grown 20 times larger than the number of students.
Admissions are declining.
Literacy is declining.
The real answer if you actually care about teachers…

Today I put $85 worth of fuel in the van, and it barely moved over the half tank mark. Then I spent $450 on two carts worth of groceries. Now, tonight, I hear elected Republicans telling me the price of gas and groceries is dropping. Are folks really dumb enough to believe this?

@RadioFreeTom Anecdotally (backed up by a VCNO comment while speaking at NWC), the other services invest more in sending their rising stars to WC than the Navy who still views it as a check in the box. The most qualified Navy officer (student or staff) I encountered at Newport was a Chaplain.

We were asked to evaluate other things, too, like "net-centric warfare" and the LCS, and hoo boy, the Navy did not like the answers. I can only wish the Navy listened to NWC as much as people here think it did, but for decades, very few admirals went to *any* war college. 🤷♂️

The entire PSG defense was sucked to one side, and 2 Bayern players were in space on the edge. If that was Diaz, or Davies, or Musiala with that space, they would've made an effort as soon as Olise got the ball to be onside and ready to receive.
Goretzka is only offside because he was lazy in the buildup to that moment.

This sequence pissed me off so much. People think Olise misplaced the pass, but if Goretzka wasn't a lazy bum, he would've fought to be onside to make the run Olise was looking for.

I mean ball boys have always slowed down the game for opponents which is fair enough and part of the game but if you refuse to give your opponent the ball AT ALL then what are we doing? There needs to be consequences. Ball boys are usually youth players, ban them for a few games.
