I just saw this random Afghani walking up and down an English beach near Folkestone earlier today, so I decided to follow him…
Turns out he’s driving an unregistered car which had a large yellow walkie-talkie/radio sitting right next to the steering wheel. I’ve never seen anything similar before.
Why is he there?
