This part of the Trigun adaptation should have been 2 seasons, at least. I'm so disappointed. I've never minded the change in perspective, it's been interesting from the start. But you can't land a nuanced message without giving it time to be fleshed out #trigunstargaze

I have never been this level of repulsed by an episode before, and I mean this a lot. The past ones were bad indeed but ep11 takes the cake on how characterization is killed right in front of your very eyes.

Like... I'm not dumb, I knew he was going to die.Every Legato fan knew that his death was imminent as it is a crucial part of the story and helps with Vash's character development but I never imagined that they would fuck it up like this

Putting aside every other production aspect, Stargaze is a masterclass in incompetent writing and misunderstanding characters/themes. Even if the goal was to be its own original story, it fails even in that regard, and routinely contradicts itself and promotes poor fan-service.

The only people who I see glazing Stargaze anymore are the people who want to fuck some of the characters and just watch the show like a baby sensory video, screenshotting [insert character] doing something like “OMG HES SO HOT-“ and then the screen cap is an unrendered mess
