Dismissing players at 16 who can also grow whilst the big lump gets caught up in size can no longer run over people

@BMRowe81 @Nik_Simon88 @MailSport Ability, game sense, skill etc can all be taught and improved rapidly, especially at 16. Size cannot be taught. Better to have coachable freak athletes than incredibly skillful players who cant hack it physically at the top level.
