I wouldn’t overcomplicate it, at the end of the day UWorld is just a learning tool, basically your textbook. The actual exam feels different from UWorld in terms of question style and difficulty.

سؤال اليوم متعلق بال USMLE: ما هي أفضل استراتيجية لقراءة وحل أسئلة UWorld؟ وما هي الأمور التي ينبغي الانتباه لها أثناء القراءة لضمان فهم السؤال بشكل صحيح؟
هناك من ينصح بقراءة آخر جملة من السؤال قبل العودة للنص كاملًا،ومن ينصح بقراءة الأجوبة كذلك بعد آخر جملة، هل هناك طريقة أفضل؟

@AyahGhanem7 @Faragilosis اكبر دليل ان كلامها كان صح ان حضرتك تمام وبخير اهو الحمد لله يعني حالتك مكنتش طوارئ لازم تفرقي بين حالة طوارئ جلطة ولا حادثة مثلا وحالة ممكن تستحمل دور برد عادي شديد شوية تكشف العيادة وخلاص مفيش رفاهية ان نعامل كل الحالات بالتساوي في اي حتة في العالم

الناس بتروح الطواريء برا وتقعد بالساعات بناء على الـTriaging system
هنا المريض الكولد بعد ساعة بيبقى هيحرق المستشفى عشان جاهل وأناني وفاكر ضافره المكسور ولا المغص اللي عنده دا زيه زي واحد عنده جلطة رئوية أو نزيف معوي أو جاي مطعون

It’s a choice. Not every one wants to go to medical school for an extra 15 years. The poorest American makes more than the average Egyptian. Remember y’all want to come here, not the other way around.

بما إن الفرحة فرحتين, فرحة العيد وكل سنة وإنتم طيبين، وفرحة اخواتي اللي جلهم ماتش—حابب اقول حاجة. لما نزلت مصر آخر مرة الشهر اللي فات، لقيت الوضع بقى صعب جداً، والعيشة أصعب. الدكاترة بتنزل شيفتات 24 ساعة ورا بعض، أو 2-3 شيفتات، عشان بس يغطوا مصاريفهم… بهدلة بجد انا زعلان من مصر😅. و حسّيت إن كل حاجة اصعب من ما كانت كأني ما سافرتش من 3 سنين،
الفرق الحقيقي اللي هتحس بيه هنا في النظام التعليمي:ان فيه حد مسؤول عن تعليمك وتقييمك وتطورك، مش مجرد تجارب عشوائية. إحنا اتعودنا نتعلم عك كتير لحد ما تظبط، لكن هنا بيتغيّر الـ mindset-إنك تقول “أنا مش عارف” وتدور ده طبيعي.
عيش التجربة بكل تفاصيلها، لأنك تستحق تفرح، الرحلة دي هتكون أجمل مما تتخيل.
مبروك لكل اللي اتقبلوا في الماتش- دي خطوة هتنقلك علمياً، مادياً، وفكرياً لمكان تاني خالص. وكل سنة وإنتم طيبين!

داه اعظم ماتش سيزون شوفته من ساعة ما وعيت علي حاجة اسمها USMLE. سيزون يدي بصيص من الأمل لكل شخص كان محبط من عدم الوصول. السيزون داه بالذات كان مختلف في حاجات كتير أهمها قلة عدد الinterviews والكل كان بيقول انه سيزون وحش، بس في الاخر اغلب اللي كانوا بيقوليلي كده ماتشوا الحمدلله
