Day 5 of #oesophageal cancer awareness month. UK has highest incidence of oeso. adenocarcinoma (OAC) in the world. Other countries, eg in Far East, have squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) as predominant type. Strong association with reflux and Barrett's in OAC.
