@_NotTyrell As someone with really bad insomnia I can try 1. Try to go to bed and wake up at the same times. 2. Exercise 3. Meditation focused on deep breathing and relaxation. 4. Melatonin can help set your schedule. Try 3-5mg as too much has the opposite effect
