I did a little research on BPS. Since I was a senior in HS ('02) the District has closed, merged, moved, or reconfigured grade spans (what I will generally call "disruption") SEVENTY PERCENT of schools! Only 30% of schools from 2002 remain in the same location and unchanged.

Every day, I am filled with fury about how remote students are being treated in this reopening plan. They are treated as a footnote, an inconvenience. Their needs are secondary those of in-person students.
How is “separate and unequal” somehow ok now?
