I was on a bus today where a guy was continuously asking a girl for her number and was kind of harassing her. She said no multiple times. Thankfully, there was a 50-year-old man who stepped in and stood behind her until her stop. When she got off, the older man asked the boy who had been hitting on her, “Don’t you think there’s a difference between yes and no?” The girl had been continuously saying no, yet you kept making her uncomfortable” The boy replied , “No, there is no difference between yes and no.” Then the older man said, “Can I slap you?” The boy said no, and the man still slapped him and said, “Yes, because there’s no difference between yes and no.” I think he will forever remember this lesson

A complete 10/10 from start to finish. No detail was wasted. You could picture the characters, feel their emotions, even taste the food 😍😭
A truly beautiful book: the beginning pulls you in, and the ending leaves you in awe.
