@BananaRepublic I placed an order and paid $25 for overnight shipping. Order placed Thursday, won’t arrive till Wednesday. That’s 4 business days, which isn’t overnight shipping. Customer service refuses to refund the shipping cost. How is this right?

. @BananaRepublic @BRCustServ I normally love your shirts, but the buttons on your flannel long sleeve shirts are SO CHEAP. The buttons are too thin. I've had buttons break on three of your flannel shirts in the last few months. The bad quality is unacceptable for a $90 shirt.

@BRCustServ Awful customer service and quality. Bought shirt on vacation and washed according to tag instructions. Shrank so much it no longer fits. Attempted to return item to closest store (3 hour trip for me) and was denied. Called customer service and still no help.

@BRCustServ I recently bought a Merino Half Zip sweater from you (Canada). Followed wash instructions (hand wash, cold water) and the sweater is now shrunk significantly and not wearable… I’ve never seen a garment shrink so significantly. How can I exchange this defective item?
