This Wednesday evening at the @_BakeryBusiness National Bakery Awards Richard Hazeldine, BSB Chairman presented The 5 Young Bakers of the Year with an additional award of an invitation to attend the BSB Autumn Conference. Congratulations to all the winners!

Ian Melling, Past Chairman of the BSB has sadly passed away peacefully. Ian joined the BSB in 1975 and was a member until his retirement, He was BSB Chairman in 1991-1992 and served on various committees during the 1980s and 1990s. bakeryinfo.co.uk/news/fullstory…
