@CashinSimon Hey Simon, once your son hits the required standard in all the modules, his Instructor will give him a training report form. After both he and the instructor sign it, he’ll be able to apply for his Pass Plus certificate. For full info, he can check this out 1/2

@BSM_Driving Could you give a phone. Number where I can takk to someone in person I didn’t think it’s acceptable to pay for lesson which are not cheap to find out the person then not qualified to be teaching my son and cant continue

@BSM_Driving do not use this company at all they use people traded to be instructors who they don’t qualify. You’re spending money after money when you call about this. They’re incredibly rude. I’m taking this to the BBC have just recorded a rude conversation when calling

@Goonkluck Complaints can take up to 8 weeks to resolve, but it's usually sooner and our team will reach out to your Son as soon as they have an update.

@BSM_Driving Poor customer service my son has his test early in Jan had his last lesson on the 17th Dec and his instructor Quit that day only informed my son today the last point he could reschedule his test what does everyone else think ?

@BSM_Driving He has and you could not offer a replacement instructor so he has had to get a refund and go to another Instructor in a new school, madness as this is north London you have badly let him down and have added to his anxiety I believe you need to be providing compensation.

@BSM_Driving Fantastic level of road sense by your instructor in car reg KJ73 NKD. Fails to give away and then to make it worse decides to crawl through the space. And yes this was the instructor - there was no one beside her. Great advert!

@BSM_Driving i question the professionalism and attitude of one of your instructors in surrey today who thought shouting and flipping me off was appropriate while zooming through a village! wouldn't want him teaching anyone i know and having that anger rub off on them

@BSM_Driving really concerned about the professional standards of one of your instructors. We are owed a refund for lessons which haven’t taken place so would really appreciate this resolved as soon as possible.

We booked @BSM_Driving 2 hour lesson on our daughters birthday, the DI text the evening b4 and cancelled the lesson and has not called to rebook ! We complained and was advised the DI ticked lesson done! We complained and they wont refund @BSM_Driving are a con! Be Carefull!

@BSM_Driving I think you need to seen the driver of this vehicle for a refresher course. Their driving on Colleseum retail park Ellesmere Port 10.30 ISH today was truly abysmal.

@BSM_Driving Can please explain to me why my daughter has paid £340 for lessons with a trainee instructor. To have her cancel, be an hour late or meet her at Wimbledon station?!?!? 😡
