@epgough @nikkie_music Have you tried nicotine? I would have terrible leg cramps and fatigue if I tried to run (used to run marathons). Now I can jog a mile with no cramps. Still a long road back, but dig into nicotine and long covid!

@nikkie_music In the first year I was closer to moderate-severe probably 18 hours a day in bed. I don't think anything I've done or any supplement I've taken (except maybe zinc) has helped except resting.

So I've got a pretty mild case of long covid. I can leave the house. I can walk a few kilometres and I can usually take care of my kids. A lot of people I know including family see me and don't see the issues. So I'll explain my experience.
