BREAKING: I can confirm with 99% confidence that the reason Melania Trump came out yesterday with her Epstein Statement is because of information possessed by a former friend, and Epstein survivor, Brazilian Model Amanda Ungaro. Ungaro was also the partner of Trump admin official Paolo Zampolli, who she alleges had her deported. They have a son together. Paolo Zampolli also claims to have introduced Trump to Melania. Amanda is a victim of Epstein's and was brought to the US from Paris by her modeling agent Jean-Luc Brunel when was 17. She had a 20 year friendship with Melania. Remember her name. You will be hearing so much about her in the coming weeks that Trump will likely Nuke Iran over it.

A new poll finds that around 20% of respondents across the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Poland now view Washington as a “major threat” – a higher share than those saying the same about North Korea.  The numbers climb considerably when “moderate threat” is included: between 34 and 61 percent of Europeans see the US as a threat in some form – figures broadly comparable to, and in some cases exceeding, perceptions of China, Iran or North Korea, though still well behind Russia.  The timing matters. Trust in the United States is at a record low, and the shift follows not just US military operations but a steady barrage of criticism from the Trump administration directed at Europe – including claims that the EU was created to “screw the US,” complaints about NATO burden-sharing, and warnings of “civilisational suicide.”  The broader picture, from a separate ECFR survey: across the EU, public opinion is adjusting to a reality in which American leadership is seen as less reliable, China’s rise appears inevitable.

The NATO Secretary General went on CNN this week and told Jake Tapper that yes, absolutely, the world is safer thanks to President Trump’s leadership. Somewhere in Brussels, Oslo, Berlin, Warsaw, Paris and Ottawa, people spilled their drinks on the television. Less than 48 hours after the bombing of Iran began, calls and texts were flooding into NATO headquarters from European governments with one message: Rutte needs to tone it down. This isn’t our war.  Yet there he was on television, championing Trump’s decision and saying Europe was “extremely glad.”  European leaders had watched in shock as the US and Israel pummeled Iran without consulting their allies.  Nobody asked them. Nobody warned them. The Strait of Hormuz closed, oil hit $100 a barrel, and several European leaders raised alarms about the bombing campaign, saying Europe was not properly consulted and should not risk being drawn into a prolonged conflict.  Then the man who leads their collective defence organisation went on American television and said it was all going brilliantly. Rutte has previously been mocked for referring to Trump as “daddy” during the NATO summit in The Hague.  Which tells you everything you need to know about the current state of Western leadership. To be fair to Rutte, his job is theoretically to keep the US inside NATO. That is a reasonable objective. The problem is that the US he is desperately flattering started a war without telling its allies, then demanded they send warships to clean up the mess, and is now openly discussing withdrawal from the alliance because Europe declined to join a war it was not consulted about and called illegal.  Macron said Trump’s idea of forcibly liberating the Strait of Hormuz was “unrealistic.”  Germany, Finland, Spain, France, Italy and the UK have grown increasingly critical of the war over the past month.  The continent that was supposedly “extremely glad” is, in reality, furious and accelerating every plan it has to never be in this position again. Rutte is not a Trump whisperer. He is a man whispering into a void, hoping the void whispers back something that resembles an alliance. The era of European leaders managing Washington with flattery and patience ended somewhere around the point Trump threatened to seize Danish territory, started a war without a phone call, and sent his Vice President to Budapest to campaign for the EU’s most enthusiastic Kremlin sympathiser.
