MEXC Update On October 20th, I had a one-hour call with @cecilia_hsueh, who has publicly taken on the role of trying to resolve the @MEXC_Official issue. I started the call with my camera on - something that apparently surprised her. I told her I had nothing to hide. I prefer to look people in the eye. From the start, she used the classic corporate playbook. She claimed she had “undeniable proof” I broke the rules - meaning, by MEXC’s own terms, the funds should be forfeited (a polite way of saying they get to keep them). She said she was happy to show this evidence to a third party…but that doing so would require doxxing me, and she “knew I wouldn’t want that.” Then came the carrot: She said MEXC “wants to resolve it” and “sees a path to unlocking the funds.” But it quickly became clear that what they really wanted was for me to publicly admit I broke the rules - to validate their actions with my own words. I asked her to tell me more about the supposed “evidence.” She said back in April, they had records of two orders executed within the same second - which they deemed as not possible from a manual process. Wait…April? When I was still testing strategies - and losing money? Yet they didn’t freeze my account until the fall, after I made $5M in profit in 90 days? I took a breath and told her very sincerely: “I don’t know if you’re a parent. But I have two young daughters. And on all of the love I have for them I can promise you that I did not do what you're saying I did. I used no bots, no automation. Every single trade was manual.” I explained that VPN lag could easily explain two trades executing a single second on their side - doesn't mean they were sent from the same second on my side. She acknowledged the point but didn’t concede. We reached an impasse. Still, she indicated MEXC was “open” to releasing the funds - if I helped them control the narrative. It was obvious: they want me to say, “I broke the rules, but MEXC was nice enough to return the money.” I told her I’d only ever speak the truth. If the matter was resolved, I’d gladly make a public statement - but it would be based in reality, not propaganda. I can and do see how it's possible that my unique - manual - trading strategy, combined with laggy VPN internet traffic could potentially trip a risk review. I used to run a web2 empire - I know all sorts of things can trigger risk control and that sometimes innocent people get caught in the crossfire. What matters is how quickly the business resolves it. I've never had an issue with being put under review. Taking months to even tell me what I'm accused of and finding me guilty on little more than mere suspicion? That I take issue with. We did agree on one thing: their old “risk control” system - total radio silence, zero transparency, and endless review extensions - is broken. She even admitted that much. We closed on a surprisingly cordial note. She complimented my understanding of the industry and even suggested I might make a good CEO candidate for one of MEXC’s new initiatives. I laughed and told her I’d never want to be a CEO again - but I’d gladly donate my time as an unpaid advisor to help MEXC fix their broken systems and improve customer experience…if their intent to improve was real. The call ended with her promising follow-up in the next couple of days. That was a week ago Monday. It’s now over 10 days later and still no movement on this issue. Let me be clear: I never expected much. Cecilia is new to the organization - perhaps even sincere - but ultimately captured by MEXC’s internal narrative: that they are the victims, and that once they define you as “in violation,” they’re justified in keeping your funds. But here’s the part they probably didn’t mean to reveal - this public pressure has hurt them. But my voice is not for sale. Not for profit. Not for peace. Not for anyone. 🚨 MY YOUTUBE CHANNEL GOT FALSELY SUSPENDED 🚨 I received another false strike on my channel Across the Rubicon on YouTube & they removed the latest video. We now can't post for a week (due to another false takedown in september). The appeal was rejected. It seems the only way to get proper attention is to post here. @TeamYouTube @YouTube please can we get a human to look at it and review this strike! The video in question was commentary on Murad’s public prediction, it was clearly framed as his thesis, stressed it was speculative, called it a gamble, and said losses were possible. This was analysis & education, not ‘harmful and dangerous content’. If you uphold the false ruling, please explain how content creators are supposed to avoid these strikes in the future when we genuinely follow the guidelines provided and do everything right. There have been many situations of videos being falsely taken down. I honestly feel concerned posting on YouTube because I don’t even know what it is that violates the rules. False strikes like this happen regularly and revoke after appeals have been rejected so please take another look as the content does not violate the community guidelines Please RT, comment, and tag @YouTube and @TeamYouTube to get their attention 🙏

0x0 update Was extremely bullish on 0x0 for more than 2.5 years. I round tripped being up more than $5 million dollars in profit TWICE & I didn’t sell because I genuinely believed in the product and its vision. It went up more than 30x+ TWO separate times. It was a massive success for the group if you took profits on the way up. But instead ME, I added and bought more all the way down LOL. I genuinely still believe in the concept and idea but I have decreased my position size in it and unfortunately after 2 years and not selling when I was in profits of $4-$5m twice. Only I am to blame for not securing life changing money and believing in something. I’ll be honest with you I feel like a fucking idiot. VASECTOMY...It Is A 24 Billion Dollar Industry. Doctors Profit From Men's Long Term Health Being Totally Destroyed. 70% Of Men Develop Autoimmune Disease. 40% Increase In Dementia & Aphasia. 20% Diagnosed With Aggressive Prostate Cancer. 33% Suffer Permanent Chronic Pain... You’d be hard pressed to find a urologist willing to be upfront about the risks associated with vasectomy - it’s a 24 billion dollar industry. A survey of 1,500 urologists in the US reported that 90% of doctors would not stop performing vasectomy, despite numerous reports of vasectomy being linked to prostate cancer & plenty of other medical conditions. After a vasectomy, the natural duct for sperm is closed off. The testicles continue to produce 50,000 sperm per minute. The sperm build up pressure in the epididymis of the testicles, which eventually ruptures from pressure. Research shows as high as 33% of patients experience long term post vasectomy pain. What happens to all those sperm cells? This is where the immune response comes in. The sperm are still produced & still burst out, but now they have nowhere to go except into the bloodstream, where they were never intended to be. Certain organs - including the testes & the brain - exist in what is the equivalent of a gated community in the body. Tiny tubes within the testes (in which sperm are produced) are protected by a physical barrier of Sertoli cells. The tight connections between these cells prevent blood-borne infections & poisonous molecules from entering the semen. After a vasectomy, however, the protective barrier is broken & semen mixes into the bloodstream. The immune system recognizes the sperm as invading foreign agents & produces anti-sperm antibodies in 70% of men. Sperm cells are naturally active & have very strong enzymes. This is why a man’s body has a strong layer of tissue known as the Blood-Testis Barrier (BTB). Vasectomy ruptures this barrier. A man’s immune system sees the sperm as an infection that needs to be addressed, resulting in an immune response that’s never ending. The body quickly (within 3-4 days) makes antisperm antibodies to attack his own cells. This assault is not just confined to the sperm themselves, but affects other cells & tissues as well. There’s no way to predict exactly what the reaction will be, but it is known that 75% or more of post vasectomy men will begin to produce these antisperm antibodies, leading to autoimmune disease pathology in almost 70%.
