Florida’s waterways are worth protecting. Toxic algae blooms and pollution from Lake Okeechobee impact communities across our region, from public health to local jobs and tourism. We need real solutions, stronger protections, and long-term investment in clean water infrastructure

If reports are true that “Alligator Alcatraz” is closing and Florida won’t be reimbursed by the federal government, taxpayers deserve answers. Floridians shouldn’t be stuck paying 1.4 billion dollars for political theater while families struggle with rising costs.

I will never understand electing people to represent you that don’t know what it’s like to be you, don’t try to understand what it’s like to be you, or walk a day in your shoes.

Another one up. This time in the City of Fort Pierce. The momentum is picking up all across the district.

Treasure Coast residents deserve to know exactly where their elected officials stand. Dana Trabulsy — YES These decisions will directly impact representation for communities across our region. We need leaders who put working families ahead of politics.

BREAKING: CAN’T STOP WINNING! Democrats win crucial special election and keep control of the Michigan state Senate in a VERY bad sign for Republicans! In a closely watched special election, Democrat Chedrick Greene, a Saginaw firefighter, defeated his Republican opponent and secured the seat, allowing Democrats to maintain their slim majority in the Michigan Senate. The victory is both practical and symbolic. It keeps Gov. Gretchen Whitmer’s agenda from being blocked and sends a clear message that Democrats are holding the line even in competitive, blue-collar districts that Trump won in 2024. Republicans had hoped flipping the seat would create a deadlock in the Senate, but voters said no. This continues a strong trend for Democrats in special elections since Trump took office. They are winning seats and showing real momentum ahead of the 2026 midterms. While Republicans try to rig maps and push extreme agendas, voters in Michigan just reminded everyone that they’re paying attention, and they’re not happy with the chaos coming out of Washington.
