@misteryu1029 @vrbo Host now readily admits they are overwhelmed but still VRBO continues insist we have to go through them directly. Total lack of leadership from the company. Will never use the service again.

@misteryu1029 Same here. Supped to arrive 8/15... My wife and I have been contacted @vrbo and the host directly for days and have had nothing but at best mistakes and at worst outright lies. Dismissing emails and chats unanswered. Call logs reviewed: 'inaccurate information had been given'

Well, @vrbo is officially out of their fucking minds. Had a family trip booked to Maui next week. A $21k reservation. Obviously the roads are closed and the property has no electricity. I called @vrbo to assist, and they put me on hold to "talk to the owner". They advised that
